Just like her illustrious sister Carmen, Dolores' "South American Way" has a extravagantly fruity headdress, creating a gorgeous and exotic turban, topped with pears, bananas, grapes and a fine pineapple.

The fountain can be created either from a jet of water shooting skywards, out through the top of the pineapple, or simply by water overflowing from the top to flow gently down over her body.

Dolores Miranda is, to date, the tallest of LilyÕs fountain figures.

HOW IS DOLORES MIRANDA CAST?

Dolores has a thread in the bottom of each leg, so she can be fixed to a stone base or plinth. She is cast in bronze resin and can be finished with either a polished bronze or verdigris patina. She can be cast without the integral copper pipe if preferred simply as a figure.
