You can place an order for one of Lily's figures in a number of ways:

1. Phone us, 01934-713380 (Fax-01934-712511)

give us your address and order details, such as which figure you prefer, which finish you would like etc. We can then also take your delivery details, as you may like to pick up from us yourself when your figure is ready. Otherwise we can arrange delivery to you, which costs from £30.00, depending on your location.

DEPOSIT. We ask for a casting deposit when an order is being placed, usually of £100.00, which you can either pay by credit card or by sending us a cheque. The balance is then due when the figure is ready.

your order details, including your address and telephone number. As we do not have a "secure on-line" credit card ordering facility, you may prefer to send a cheque, or also to phone us with your credit card deposit.

Include your order, address details and deposit. We will then confirm your order details back to you. Please remember to include your telephone number and full address, and delivery address if different.

When you are ordering, you need to tell us the following:

• Which figure you would like
• Which finish you would like it in
• Your delivery address and home/work telephone number
• If your order is a surprise for somebody, any special delivery details.
